a discovery playlist featuring weekly top 10 music releases

  1. Ethel Cain- Nettles: This song is a masterpiece and is making me so stoked for the upcoming album. It’s a perfect continuation of the Ethel Cain story and lore, I’m obsessed with her storytelling and how the song can also mean so much outside the context.

  2. King Princess- RIP KP: The queer anthem we NEED during these trying times. I’m honestly so glad KP is back making music…

  3. Addison Rae- Times Like These: The long-awaited Addison album is here! I listened to this on the airplane for the first time, which was honestly the perfect setting. Addison is just THAT girl.

P.S. Shout out to All-Access Besties Brielle W., Emily M., Mar F., and Elise R. for suggesting The Little Mess You Made by Favors on our Besties IG!

all the biggest things that happened online this week

  1. Conan Gray has been my favorite Sally so far.

  2. Lola Young keeps a watchful eye on me while I wash my hair.

  3. 1 soda per day is not enough for meeee!

  4. Addison Rae collected all the infinity stones for her album “Addison”.

  5. Clairo is Dorothy in Wicked: For Good (in my mind at least).

  6. A room full of people that would make me feel so incompetent at karaoke.

  7. This girl is exactly who we need in DC right now!!

  8. We love our gamer queen who released “Princess of Power” last week.

  9. The 10th anniversary of Hamilton was celebrated at the Tonys!

  10. Doechii at World Pride in DC has us so excited to see her in September.

things that i’ve been super into lately that i need to share with you guys

  1. This month I want to highlight queer owned businesses to celebrate and support our queer community during pride! First up is Oat Milk Lady, who makes pride merch you can wear year-round, inspired by the weird t-shirts you find at thrift stores.

  2. I have plenty of queer playlists which I’ll be sharing over the next few weeks, starting with this classic sapphic one! Full of favorites you already love, as well as some new and underrated stuff you might not have heard!

  3. This shop is owned by trans artist and photographer Sam Avery! As a former queer athlete, I especially love the “let trans kids play” design

movies, tv shows, and actors on my radar right now

  1. I recently watched the tv show Adults, which stars Jack Innanen, Owen Thiele, and more, and was taken aback by how FUNNY it was. It was the perfect amount of gen-z humor that was neither cheesy or overdone.

  2. I also started season 2 of Nine Perfect Strangers, which stars icons like Nichole Kidman, King Princess, and Annie Murphy, and have been on the edge of my seat. It’s based on a book by the same author of Big Little Lies, another show I really love, so I was intrigued to see if it lived up to the hype (it has so far).

  3. I mentioned the trailer for “Bring Her Back” a few newsletters ago, and I finally saw it this weekend. There were so many hard to watch moments, truly the most shivering-scary-hard to watch moments on the big screen I’ve seen since Hereditary.
