1. Renee Rapp- Kiss It Kiss It: Trust me when I say this album has been on repeat all weekend and the lore around it lives rent-free in my head. I had a really hard time deciding on a favorite— right now it’s this one because I love the energy. The world could always use another sexy gay song. 

2. Chappell Roan- The Subway: The long-awaited song is here! Chappell’s vocals here are INSANE– I could listen to the outro on repeat for ages. 

3. Del Water Gap- How To Live: DWG IS BACK! His recent music makes me want to dance and scream and paint my nails black. I think DWG is going to be the next Big Thing.

things that i’ve been super into lately that i need to share with you guys

1. Turning Tides is a Lebanese and Lesbian owned upcycled, gender neutral clothes and accessories store. Nash and Taylor- a couple living in NYC started making clothes for themselves to build a maximalist yet sustainable wardrobe, and it turned into a full fashion brand. Check them out here!

2. Been super into songs that feel like torn out diary pages lately. If you’re intrigued by having out heart ripped out and/or hugged tightly, check out this list. 

3. I came across this small shop Ella Mae and am absolutely obsessed… it has the tailored style that Doechii often sports mixed with Clairo style whimsy. I’m particularly fond of the butterfly blouse and twisting vines skirt.

1. No one told me that Dolly Alterton was making a Pride and Prejudice Netflix series?! Normally I’d say remakes need to stop BUT I love Dolly and the cast is stacked– Olivia Colman, Emma Corrin, and Rhea Norwood (from Heartstopper)!? I’m actually so excited. 

2. You might’ve seen the buzz around the show The Hunting Wives (deemed the “gayest show of the year” by them) and I recently watched it– so here’s my quick review! The drama was crazy and kept me on my toes the whole show. There were so many twists that I didn’t see coming, which was a lot of fun. There were definitely some gay moments… but I wouldn’t necessarily say this show is culturally queer if that makes sense haha. Maybe because it takes place in Texas? Overall, I’d definitely give it a rec if you want something with crazy drama you don’t have to take so seriously.  

3. I finally saw Superman this weekend, and honestly it’s everything I want from a superhero movie, a super classic feeling super hero arc, with some fun new characters (I’m looking at you Mr. Terrific).
